and other software-related services to our clients. All services are provided on
an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- Payment: Payment for our services will be made according to the terms set
forth in the project agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate
services if payment is not received on time.
- Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to the
software we develop belong to our clients. We retain the right to use any
general knowledge or techniques developed during the course of providing our
services for other clients.
- Confidentiality: We respect the confidentiality of our clients'
information and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties
without our clients' consent. We may use client information to provide our
services, improve our services, and for marketing purposes.
- Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any damages arising from our
services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services rendered.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement for any reason with
30 days written notice. If terminated, the client will pay for all services
provided up to the date of termination.
- Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold hexbee
harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client's use of
the software developed by hexbee.
- Governing Law: These terms of service are governed by the laws of India.
- Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms of service at any
time. Any amendments will be posted on our website and will become effective
immediately upon posting.
- Entire Agreement: These terms of service constitute the entire agreement
between hexbee and the client. Any other agreements or representations are
superseded by these terms.
